Jan 26 update. I am a covid survivor. It has had a transformative effect on my life. As if I hit a "reset" button. All is well and I am feeling well connected and whole. I feel that I have learned to love myself and am open to chat with you about it. I will do my best to be available but the effects of COVID are weird. Be good to each other.

update April 14 2021.
Celebrated my 55th birthday by getting very gray! Someone told me I should color my hair, but I told him "I looked like a child all my adult life. I'm gonna rock that grampa vibe!"

update October 2023. joined the site as a contributor. No longer living alone, but keeping in touch with online friends. Doing more exercise. Same chores, same work. Will start taking more time for myself. Both kids in NYS colleges so I might be out in Syracuse / Penn Yan occasionally.

things haven't changed much. Didn't make any more trips to mid-NY state like I had hoped. keeping busy with chores and errands. Thankfully I have a friend to do those things with, otherwise it would be a very boring life indeed. I made a point to get to some naked pool parties last summer - where the photo was taken, and beginning to think about taking more time away from work. Still need to get a passport, but I really hate the thought of air travel. Driving is my preference.
